Simple enough to fit on a fence post.

No subscriptions, no posting fees, and never a percentage of wages. One predictable flat rate — most of it owed only when someone we refer is actually hired.

Ranches

Founding Managed Search
$100 to activate + $400 on a hire

$500 total for a successful placement. $100 activates one managed search for a single role at one location, with up to three targeted candidate introductions over an initial 21-day period. You pay the $400 success fee only if a Hardy Hands-referred worker is hired and actually starts ($500 total). Workers never pay.

  • One role at one location, 21-day initial search
  • Up to 3 targeted candidate introductions
  • $100 refunded if we don't deliver at least 2 qualified profiles in 21 days
  • You hire and pay the worker directly — we don't guarantee a hire

Founding managed-search pricing while we prove the model. This is not our permanent or standard long-term rate and may change for new ranches as Hardy Hands grows. If we don't provide at least two reasonably qualified candidate profiles within 21 days, the $100 activation fee is refunded. We don't guarantee a hire. Any fee is confirmed in writing before work begins, and ranches already working with us keep the terms they agreed to.

How this compares

Three ways to fill a ranch role, and what each one actually costs you.

Job boards

  • You pay to post, then sort a pile of applications yourself
  • No screening — most applicants have never touched a cow
  • You verify experience, references, and fit on your own time

Percentage recruiters

  • Often charge a percentage of the hire's first-year pay
  • On ranch wages that can run well into the thousands
  • Cost is unpredictable and scales with the salary

Hardy Hands

  • Predictable flat rate: $100 to activate, $400 only on a hire ($500 total)
  • Every candidate screened by a person before you see them
  • Workers never pay Hardy Hands, and we never take any portion of worker wages
